About Ricardo

With more than 10 years of competitive volleyball experience, he played collegiately at the University of Jamestown under Olympic gold medalist Riley Salmon and later competed for the University of East London while earning his MBA.

Experienced as an outside hitter, libero, and setter, he now coaches club volleyball with a focus on strong systems, leadership, and equal support for every athlete.

Outside the gym, he works in business development and client relations, mentors young men through his church, and still competes in grass tournaments while working toward a 36-inch vertical.
