About Rachel
Rachel brings both competitive playing experience and a growing coaching background to Sunshine Volleyball Club. She played four years of varsity volleyball at South Torrance High School, where she was a member of the 2004 CIF Championship team—the first CIF title in the school’s history. She continued her volleyball career at California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt, competing at the collegiate level for two years.
Rachel currently serves as an Assistant Coach for Sunshine Volleyball Club’s 13 Extreme team and is passionate about helping young athletes develop their skills and confidence. Based in Redondo Beach, she remains actively involved in the sport through beach volleyball and enjoys sharing her knowledge and love of the game with the next generation of players.
