Bailey believes her job as a coach is to demonstrate a love and discipline for the game in such a way to inspire the athletes to develop the same love and discipline. She passionately believes you get out of it what you put into it and players must show up every day to practice with the intention of improving, even if it’s only 1% better.

She loves the excitement and sense of accomplishment that shows on a player’s face when they finally master a skill.

Bailey is a school counselor at a middle school and is working on her MA in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. In her free time, she loves hot yoga, going to the beach, and watching Lifetime movies.

“I always try to start out with some type of goal.

Then I work backward and think of what I need to do to get there,
and give myself smaller goals that are more immediate.“
