About Ariana

Ariana Robinson is a former NCAA Division I volleyball player who built her athletic and academic career on discipline, passion, and purpose. She began playing volleyball at 12 years old and went on to compete at the highest collegiate level for St. Johnโ€™s University in New York City, where she was a four-year starting middle blocker and team leader.

During her time as a student-athlete, Ariana balanced the demanding schedule of Division I athletics while earning not one, but three academic degrees. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, and went on to complete a Master of Science in International Communication and an MBA in Risk and Financial Advisoryโ€”all while competing as a student-athlete. Her commitment to excellence extended beyond the court, earning magna cum laude honors throughout her academic career.

Arianaโ€™s leadership and work ethic earned her recognition not only for her athletic performance but also for her ability to mentor teammates and lead with purpose. Her experience as a collegiate athlete shaped the coach she is todayโ€”one who focuses on strong fundamentals, competitive grit, and instilling lifelong skills in her players.
Now based in El Segundo, California, Ariana coaches both high school and club volleyball in the greater Los Angeles area. Her coaching style is rooted in high energy, positive reinforcement, and player development. She strives to create a team culture that reflects her own college experience: family, accountability, and a relentless pursuit of growth.

When sheโ€™s not on the court or in the gym, Ariana enjoys Pilates, sipping matcha lattes by the beach, and traveling abroad. Through every chapter of her journey, she credits volleyball as the foundation that taught her how to lead, uplift others, and approach life with resilience and purpose.
