Experience

Veteran volleyball coach with nearly 40 years of experience developing athletes throughout Orange County.
Extensive coaching background spanning middle school, junior high, and high school volleyball programs.
Won eight Orange County Championships during her coaching tenures at St. Irenaeus and St. Joseph Placentia.
Has helped guide more than 100 athletes to the high school level, with many continuing on to compete at elite high school and collegiate programs.
Coaching experience includes St. Irenaeus, St. Joseph Placentia, Servite High School, Cornelia Connelly High School, and St. Justin Martyr Parish School.
Dedicated to athlete development, fundamentals, and preparing players for long-term success both on and off the court.
Proud parent of two accomplished volleyball athletes and coaches, including a former NCAA Division I player and a former Division I women’s volleyball coach.

About Ann

Coach Ann has been an Orange County volleyball staple for close to 40 years. She has coached and succeeded at multiple levels including middle school, junior high, and high school.

During her long tenures as a junior high coach for St Irenaeus and St Joseph Placentia, she has amassed 8 Orange County Championships and has sent over 100 athletes onto the high school level. Many of her athletes have gone on to play high level high school and college volleyball on both the mens and womens side. She has also coached at Servite High School, Cornelia Connelly High School, and St Justin Martyr Parish School. Ann’s two children, Tim and Nicole, have also had notable careers in volleyball.

Nicole was a standout high school and club volleyball player that went on to play at UCLA and UCSB. Tim had a standout high school career and went on to coach Division 1 Womens Volleyball at Duke, Princeton, and UMBC before becoming a director for Sunshine South Bay. Outside of volleyball, Ann loves hanging out with her family and friends, exercising, listening to music, and spending time at their home in Solvang.
