Natalie coached the Middle School volleyball 8th grade team in 2018; they went undefeated for the season until losing in the League Championship.

Natalie’s coaching philosophy aims to develop a young athlete into a person of character, who has a high level of integrity and who can be accountable for their actions. Success is built with hard work, structure, and learning to put the team’s needs first; when these traits come together in the form of a team, that is success.

She loves the competitive aspect of coaching and watching how the team battles on the court, but also truly enjoys seeing how quickly young athletes improve and grow into respectful young women while implementing skills she helped them acquire.

Natalie has two children that she is incredibly proud of, Haidyn, her daughter, and her son, Koehen. She is thrilled to be coaching Haidyn in her first year of volleyball.

“The ability to conquer one’s self is no doubt
the most precious of all things that sports bestows.“
