About manon

Manon Fuller played seven seasons with the Sunshine VBC and played for Marymount High School. During her senior year the team won the CIF championship and was a finalist in the California State Championships. Manon continued playing volleyball at the University of Virginia.

2020 was her first year in a first coaching position, assistant coach of the 18 South Bay team, the team qualified for an open bid at the JOs. This year she’s the assistant for the 18 Westside team.

Manon believes winning comes in many forms, on and off the court. Her coaching philosophy is to support the players in any way she can and to help them be the best players and people they can be.

She loves coaching the 18s age group because it is such a special season in their lives, right before they graduate high school and go off to college or whatever is next for them. Manon enjoys getting to know the players both on the court and personally and helping them prepare for success in their futures. Her coaches were very important in her life and she wants to offer that same positive support to her players.

Manon lives in Manhattan Beach and still loves playing beach volleyball with old teammates and friends on the weekends.

“It doesn’t matter what you’re trying to accomplish.“
