Lenka’s coaching philosophy is based on ability, motivation, and attitude. Ability is what the player is capable of doing, motivation determines what the player will do, and attitude determines how well the player does it.

She loves seeing what the players at such a young age can achieve.

Lenka lives in Venice with her fiancée and her cat, Zak. She enjoys spending free time going to the lake and the beach, snowboarding, and playing volleyball.

“You should never stay at the same level.

Always push yourself to the next.
